NADA YOGA MEDITATIONS  –  FOR ORPHANED CHILDREN AND THE UNDERPRIVILEGED

The Nada Yoga Foundation has one mission— peace, balance and harmony for all. The way we achieve is is the way we know best—through the practice of Nada Yoga. The ancient science of sound, it uses subtle frequencies and vibrations to help people reach deep meditative states so that they may begin to experience inner peace and self awareness. The Nada Yoga workshops are designed in a way that transcend, socio-economic status, education, race, gender, religion, language and culture. The workshops use the universal language of sound, modern-technology, various breathing and relaxation techniques that are easy for anybody to understand and absorb.

The workshops for the underprivileged and orphaned children are designed in much the same way and we are currently working with several organisations to reach out and serve the more marginalised so that they can experience states of joy, peace and learn to stay present in the moment. The foundation believes that every human being has the right to live, love and experience inner peace and our intention is to share the joys of sound yoga and meditation with as many people as possible.
